Donor Advised Funds

Your gift can change the lives of wounded warriors and their families.

What is a donor-advised fund (DAF)?

A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a philanthropic giving vehicle that provides an immediate tax benefit to you and allows you to grant funds to charities of your choice.

How do I give through a donor-advised fund?

You can give in two ways:

1. Recommend a DAF grant through your financial institution or foundation

You can recommend a gift by contacting your financial institution or foundation or by granting online (find yours below).

The grant will arrive at Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) with only the fund’s name and address on it, unless you request otherwise.*

2. Contact your fund manager

Call your fund manager and recommend supporting WWP, along with the amount of the grant.

Your fund manager will send a check directly to WWP from your fund.*

When granting through your donor-advised fund, please use the following information:

Please include your name and address with your grant request. We also encourage you to notify WWP of your gift so we can personally express our gratitude for your generosity.
