At Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP), we recognize that mental health is a critical aspect of overall wellness, and accessing the right resources can make all the difference. Regardless of where you are in your mental health journey, you are not alone. We encourage you to explore the resources below. These programs offer a wide range of services, including counseling, therapy, peer support groups, educational resources, and more.

As always, all programs and services provided through WWP are at no cost to veterans and their families. Whether you are currently serving, a retired veteran, or a family member seeking assistance, we want to help you connect with the support you need.

WWP Mental Health Programs

Project Odyssey

A 12-week, free mental health program that uses adventure-based learning to help warriors manage and overcome their invisible wounds, enhance their resiliency skills, and live productive and fulfilling lives. Based on their unique needs, veterans can participate in an all-male, all-female, couples, or virtual Project Odyssey.

Warrior Care Network

WWP partners with four world-renowned academic medical centers to offer a 2 week veteran specialized mental health treatment program led by healthcare professionals to help veterans with PTSD, TBI, MST, and other mental health issues.

WWP Talk

We offer a free, one-on-one, telephonic mental health support line that connects veterans and family members to a dedicated team member who helps them work through various issues. The scheduled weekly calls provide a judgment-free place to get reliable emotional support.
